Adding a new event to the schedule is easy, though it might not be intuitive. Once you’ve clicked New Event on the management menu, you’re taken to the Venues screen. 

Note: At any point during this process, you can click on New Venue and add a new venue. Click here for help on doing that.

From the New Event screen, you can

1. Choose an existing country from the drop-down menu


2. Choose an existing venue by clicking on the icon, or


3. Add a new venue by clicking on Add New Venue

If you choose an existing country, you’ll then be given the opportunity to

1. Choose an existing state/prefecture from the drop-down menu


2. Choose an existing venue by clicking on the icon, or


3. Add a new venue by clicking on Add New Venue

If you choose an existing state/prefecture, you’ll then be given the opportunity to

1. Choose an existing city from the drop-down menu


2. Choose an existing venue by clicking on the icon, or


3. Add a new venue by clicking on Add New Venue

Whew!!!!

Once you’ve made your choice of the actual venue by clicking on the icon, you get to add an image, the title of your event, provide a description, and add the date and time. Then click the Submit button, of course!
